I dont mean to bother you but who are those incredible rebels who are fighting the Syrian regime, ISIS, and Russia at the same time?

Wait: are they talking about the 4 to five Syrian rebels who are certifiably moderate?  "But the progress made by Islamic State fighters comes at the expense of rebel groups opposed to Assad and the jihadists.
