The famous war criminal, who is a secretary-general of the UN in his spare time, finally spoke out against injustice and cruelty. He rightly expressed his horror at the beheading of an American in the recent video. When asked about the civilian victims of US bombings of Iraq and Afghanistan, Annan said that these do not horrify him, but bring pleasure and amusement to his heart. When asked about his silence and inaction during the Rwanda massacres in 1994 when he was in charge of peace-keeping, he claimed that he did not remember.
